Built-in 1980, White Sands represents a different era of Seven Mile Beach development when three-floor levels was the construction limit allowed and Seven Mile Beach development was in its infancy. Such small intimate complexes as White Sands, which is home to just sixteen condos but boasts beach frontage of over one hundred and seventy feet, will never again be repeated because the land cost would prohibit such a small development.
The stretch of Seven Mile Beach upon which White Sands sits is pristine and arguably one of the best sites on the whole beach. The complex is located towards the quieter northern end of the beach parallel to the Cayman Islands Yacht Club White Sands offers one bedroom ground floor condos and three bedroom condos set over the 2nd & 3rd floors. Most unusually for Seven Mile Beach, White Sands is surrounded by vacant lots to both the north and the south, the south side was once slated for a development called Crown Jewel.
Adjacent, on its north side, is a vacant parcel of land which is a rarity for Seven Mile Beach beyond which is the condo complex The Heritage Club and to the south is a private residential house and then Sundowner.
