Poinsettia is the most southerly condominium complex on Seven Mile Beach and enjoys easy access to the capital, George Town.
Although the beach in this area is not as pristine as others on Seven Mile Beach, Poinsettia offers a great entry level for condos that are probably the most spacious for the price point. With just twenty-four apartments in the complex, a large pool, and ocean front cabana, Pointsettia offers great value in a low density complex. Just off shore, there is also a great snorkelling spot, a sunken ship just off the coast.
Adjacent to Poinsettia on its north side is Cocoplum and to the south is Pageant Beach a seven plus acre vacant land site which is currently under construction and will become home to the Grand Hyatt, Grand Cayman.
Beyond this is The Wharf restaurant a couple of private homes and then another vacant land site which used to be home to the Tree House restaurant and is now being re-developed by NCB to become a boutique sixty room hotel, Kailani Grand Cayman - Curio Collection by Hilton.
