Silver Sands, Grand Cayman is one of the first condo complexes to have been developed on Seven Mile Beach and was built in 1978.
As such, it enjoys one of the least densely populated sites on the beach with over four and half acres, almost five hundred and fifty-feet of Seven Mile Beach frontage all shared among just forty-two private condos. Seven separate buildings make up the development some of which are three levels and others that have just two, which is the least height of any building on Seven Mile Beach.
Silver Sands offers a selection of two and three bedroom condos in the complex that boast a large beachfront pool, tennis courts, and onsite management. This well run complex is popular on Seven Mile Beach for daily vacation rentals.
