Aqua Bay Club recently announced a redevelopment in partnership with the original developer, Brian Butler. The new Aqua Bay Club will be a contemporary build maximising the views and central core design that allows easterly and westerly views from the condo. These 3 bedroom condos will provide floor-to-ceiling windows, semi-private elevator access to each unit, owners lounge, underground parking, and fitness centre. The final look will be carried out by local interior design company, Design Studio Interiors. This redevelopment is projected to be completed in 2026.
Adjacent to Aqua Bay Club on its north side is Silver Sands and to the south is The Palms.
