Aqua Bay Club was completed in 1987 and represents another luxurious beach front condo complex by developer Brian E. Butler. Located towards the quieter northern end of Seven Mile Beach, Aqua Bay Club is a low density complex boasting only twenty-one luxury apartments each configured as a two bedroom, two bath.
Approximately half a mile north of the entrance to the Cayman Islands Yacht Club travelling along Grand Cayman’s West Bay Road and nestled between two other low density, three storey developments: Silver Sands and The Palms, Aqua Bay Club faces west overlooking the Caribbean Sea and sits on a plot of 1.4 acres with about one hundred and sixty-five of pristine beach front. Seven Mile Beach is Grand Cayman’s premier beach front location and home to most of the luxury real estate in Cayman, with soft white sand for beaches blending with perfectly clear turquoise waters it provides an invitation that is not easy to decline.
Aqua Bay Club recently announced a redevelopment in partnership with the original developer, Brian Butler. The new Aqua Bay Club will be a contemporary build maximising the views and central core design that allows easterly and westerly views from the condo. These 3 bedroom condos will provide floor-to-ceiling windows, semi-private elevator access to each unit, owners lounge, underground parking, and fitness centre. The final look will be carried out by local interior design company, Design Studio Interiors. This redevelopment is projected to be completed in 2023.
Adjacent to Aqua Bay Club on its north side is Silver Sands and to the south is The Palms.
