Jonathan says he wouldn’t describe his profession as “work”, living in one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean and helping people achieve their goals and dreams, as it sounds more like pleasure and passion to him!

Like so many people arriving on Cayman’s shores, an anticipated short stay (of eighteen months) quickly turned into a permanent new home for Jonathan, as Cayman is an easy place to fall in love with. Coming to the Cayman Islands from the UK, Jonathan arrived with his wife Vanessa on 31st December 2004, exchanging a cold wet English winter for the warm blue skies of the Caribbean, a new lifestyle, new career and eventually two beautiful daughters.

As a design engineer with a background in aerospace, Jonathan brought with him a keen eye for detail and precision. His analytical outlook enjoys discerning the movements within the Cayman Islands real estate market. He comes from a very customer-driven industry and a British company that held its number one position in a world market by delivering clients what they wanted. Jonathan brings to real estate a philosophy of high integrity, dedication and consistency founded on an intimate and in-depth knowledge of the Cayman real estate market and, in more than 16 years, has consistently achieved benchmark sales along Seven Mile Beach and throughout the wider luxury residential home sector.

He believes that real estate is one of life’s most significant assets, not only because of the depth of meaning given to the place we call home, but also its potential to be a keystone of wealth creation. Jonathan’s passion is to create a deep understanding of his clients’ needs and help them make the best possible real estate decision, taking into account their current situation and future goals.

His “sales philosophy” is based on honesty, integrity and knowledge. You can’t beat the simple transparency of treating others as you would wish to be treated yourself, he says.
