The Anchorage is small condominium complex of just fifteen apartments sitting towards the quieter northern end of Seven Mile Beach enjoying approximately one hundred and fifty feet of beach front and incredible views of the Caribbean Sea. Built in 1980 by the ubiquitous Seven Mile Beach developer Brian Butler, The Anchorage is set over just three floors and offers owners a beach front pool, tennis court, and onsite management.
The Anchorage sits adjacent to a vacant lot on its south side which was once the site of Victoria House which suffered damage during Hurricane Ivan in 2004 and was subsequently brought down, beyond which is Mandalay and to the north of The Anchorage is the condo complex Christopher Columbus.
