ABOUT NIKKI

A record-setting agent, Nikki knows how to match people with property. Honest and forthright, Nikki excels in the residential market. With a focus on high value homes and condominiums, Nikki has recently successfully completed the highest value residential sale in the Cayman Islands. Born and raised in Cayman, Nikki worked in Cayman’s financial services industry before joining Sotheby’s. Nikki’s life and work experience allows her to seamlessly blend her local knowledge with an understanding of what foreign investors require. Her clients find her to be not only friendly and personable but extremely diligent and focused on their needs.

Caymanian born and raised, Nikki (Niakonnie) has an unparalleled knowledge of Grand Cayman and has been a member of the Cayman Islands Sotheby’s International Realty team for seven years. In that time, she has carved out a successful career in real estate, specialising in residential sales. Prior to joining the Sotheby’s team, she worked as an executive assistant to the high-level executives at a ‘Big Four’ accounting firm for nine years. Nikki is a certified administrative professional in organised management, which, along with her past business experience, has given her the tools to allow her to meet the needs of her clients in a diligent and effective manner while still being extremely friendly and approachable. She understands the importance of timelines and following through on commitments.

Nikki loves exploring new possibilities with new families. She was recently featured on HGTV House Hunters International assisting a couple to find their piece of paradise in Grand Cayman. Her most recent and notable sale, in May 2021, was that of The Peninsula Estate, a magnificent 25,000 square-foot property. This was the highest priced single-family home ever recorded in the Cayman Islands at that time.

Aside from Real Estate, Nikki is passionate about education and for the last seven years, she has volunteered with reading at her children’s school. Her other hobbies include jigsaw puzzles, family time, eating out and boating. Her two main beliefs in life are honesty and integrity, as she believes these are the two most important parts of who she is.
