A professional real estate agent with over 10 years of experience, Niakonnie (Nikki) Broadhurst brings an unparalleled depth of local knowledge and expertise to her clients. Born and raised in Grand Cayman, Nikki has a deep connection to the island and a keen understanding of its residential real estate market, particularly in high-value homes and condominiums.

Nikki is known for her integrity, diligence, and friendly approach, which have earned her a reputation for consistently delivering exceptional results. Before joining the Cayman Islands Sotheby’s International Realty team, Nikki spent nine years as an executive assistant at a top-tier ‘Big Four’ accounting firm, where she developed an organised, detail-oriented approach to managing projects. Her background in financial services, paired with her certification as an administrative professional with a focus in organisational management, enables her to expertly navigate the intricacies of real estate transactions and meet her clients’ needs with precision and care.

Some of Nikki’s most notable career highlights include the sale of several prestigious properties, including:

  • Villa Mare, a Grand Dame estate home in the sought-after Vista Del Mar neighbourhood.
  • Paradis Sur Mer, a luxury villa set in a lush, tropical oasis in the exclusive Rum Point area
  • The Peninsula Estate, A luxury estate in the sought after neighbourhood of Crystal Harbour, which at the time was the highest-priced single-family home ever recorded in the Cayman Islands.

These notable sales further emphasise her expertise in the high-end residential market and her ability to match discerning buyers with exceptional properties.
Nikki was also featured on HGTV’s House Hunters International, helping a couple find their dream property in Grand Cayman.

Beyond her professional achievements, Nikki is passionate about giving back to her community. She has volunteered at her children’s schools and sporting event over the years, reading with students and supporting educational initiatives. In her personal time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, solving jigsaw puzzles and dining out.
