ABOUT BRITTAINY

Brittainy spent many childhood days on Seven Mile Beach and in Rum Point, not knowing one day she would return to make the Cayman Islands her home. Growing up in Steamboat Springs, CO (Ski Town USA), upon graduating from the University of Wyoming, she took to scuba diving and became fascinated with the underwater world. She enjoyed the mountains, but not the cold.

Returning to Grand Cayman in 2011 as a scuba diving instructor, she quickly found her passion for underwater photography. After several awards in the underwater photography world, Brittainy ‘dried off’ and honed her skills in photography above water and joined the Cayman Islands Sotheby’s International Realty team, initially as the photographer and videographer, consistently providing high-quality imagery and media for their global marketing platforms and the Sotheby’s Realty brand.

More recently, Brittainy has proved to be a very successful agent and confirms seeing people in a new home is a wonderful feeling. She loves the challenge of making things come together and feels she is a great connector of people and places.

As if she is not busy-enough, Brittainy also provides support and material for their various social media platforms and assists with social media training. Brittainy believes her formative foundation, growing up with self-employed parents, coupled with her experience in tourism and customer service, ensures her daily work ethic of integrity and authenticity.

Brittainy’s hobbies include scuba diving, backyard barbecues, walks with the dog, Hallmark movies, tacos, and trying to keep plants alive! She is outgoing and positive, always up for a glass of wine, and can easily be talked into getting up and dancing. She enjoys being around people and absolutely spoils her rescue dog, Riggs.

Living in East End, she is familiar with the Eastern Districts including Cayman Kai, Rum Point, and North Side.
