Product Knowledge and Patience are the two biggest attributes I look for in a realtor on Grand Cayman. Most buyers are buying for the first time in a foreign country and the same goes for most sellers. I have found Patty to be a quick study of her clients and to align her interests with theirs to assure both are moving in the same direction. Patty has spent countless hours with our villa rental clients driving them around the island, yet only 1 in 10 ever transacts. A property in Grand Cayman is usually a “discretionary” residence or investment, and Patty recognizes that she has to be patient with clients who may need time to wrap their arms around the concept of owning in the Caribbean. Patty is one of very few professionals I recommend when asked for advice regarding realty in the eastern districts of Grand Cayman. Her experience as an investor/developer AND a realtor helps all of her clients in the long-run. I especially appreciate Patty’s candid opinion and Midwestern roots when things get complicated.
