Originally from the United States, Tracy has lived and worked in the Cayman Islands since the mid-1980s. He is well known in the Cayman business and financial community, having been a senior bank manager for over 20 years with Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and Cayman National Bank before moving into the real estate industry in 2005.
Since that time he has been the joint manager/broker of a family owned property management and real estate firm, and a senior sales agent and associate broker.
Tracy brings a wealth of experience to the Sotheby’s International Realty team and their clients through his extensive knowledge of property conveyance and real estate finance structure.
