Patty is an award-winning, top producing agent with Cayman Islands Sotheby’s International Realty. With a strong background in construction management and project development combined with over 20 years of sales and marketing experience, Patty can provide invaluable guidance in the smallest real estate transactions up to and including large scale developments.
Patty believes buying property can be a very stressful time, and so she always strives to bring buyers and sellers together, and to make it a pleasurable experience for all, and she works tirelessly to achieve this. She is organised, focused and pragmatic. Originally from Indiana, Patty holds an Undergraduate degree in Speech Pathology, and a Master’s degree in Audiology.
