She is a mortgage specialist and can assist her clients with both buying and selling a property, and has worked in Grand Cayman for almost 10 years.

Cathy brings a wealth of experience and has always delivered on customer service, receiving many awards over her career. She was awarded Community Banker of the Year for Scotiabank in British Columbia, Volunteer of the Year for Community Futures Development Corporation, and was awarded top 10% branch manager in sales and service in 2013 while working for TD Canada Trust. Cathy has been successfully buying and selling real estate for the past 20 years, both as investment properties and her primary residence in Canada and Grand Cayman. Cathy is active in her community and is passionate about kite surfing, squash, volleyball, golf and ultimate frisbee.

Barkers and East End are her favourite spots in which to kitesurf, and, if you are coming to Grand Cayman, make sure you contact her, as she would love to see you on the beach or on the water. She can be easily talked into a round of golf, or a game of squash, tennis, or pickleball.
